Amanda Shults will serve as Principal, Ohio Property & Casualty Practice Leader and continue to oversee the agency while also serving on the OneDigital national P&C executive board. Rick Theders, our agency Founder, is very pleased with the decision and will continue to serve clients and mentor our team – which is what he loves most!
