COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Started in 2007 as a simple vision to give back, the Cares program has grown into a program that brings our six core values to life.
The Cares program promotes THE WELLBEING OF OUR COMMUNITY & OUR TEAM. It provides resources & opportunities to empower each team member to thrive as a whole person, & to do their part to give back & help others in the community to thrive.
Volunteering Individually
Each team member receives 30 paid volunteer hours per year.

Lead by employees, each year we create a plan to give back.
Quarterly Initiatives
Each quarter we fundraise or collect donations for a local nonprofit.
Charitable Contributions
We offer a corporate matching program for donations made to 501(c)(3) nonprofits.

Blankets
When someone is going through a hard time, we like to let them know we care.
Volunteering Together
We frequently volunteer in small groups, and hold an all-team day of service each year.
