RiskSOURCE Cares

Giving back is part of our DNA.  Our care and concern for others doesn’t end at the office. We advocate and encourage our employees to get involved in the community as well. In fact, our philosophy on community service is a big part of who we are.

RiskSOURCE Cares

What started out as a simple vision to give back has grown into a full-fledged volunteer program called RiskSOURCE Cares. With RiskSOURCE Cares, our employees get 30 paid hours a year to donate their time to the nonprofit organization of their choosing. This has amounted to more than 540 hours of volunteer time in a year!

We are blessed to have the opportunity to give back, and take great pride in witnessing our direct impact on the lives of others.

The race is known for its challenging course-end hill (aka The Incline) and amazing cheerleaders along the way!  After the race, there was delicious food from local caterers like Marty’s Waffles.  "Thanks to everyone who participated and donated to this awesome organization!," said Rick Theders, Founder and Chairman of RiskSOURCE.  "The rain held off…
