Rick Theders, CIC

Rick acquired the agency in 1977, and since then has continued to build an environment that provides exceptional service and quality insurance products. He believes the success of RiskSOURCE Clark-Theders is due to the great group of associates who genuinely care for the agency’s clients. Rick still enjoys visiting one-on-one with customers and addressing all aspects of their insurance needs. He also likes helping clients at the time of claim with unmatched personal attention that exceeds their expectations. Since the RiskSOURCE Cares committee formed, his favorite outreach program was working with St Joseph Home as a volunteer and serves on their Board of Directors, Rick has a passion for this ministry, and care of their Residents. Also volunteers with Mount Healthy Alliance, assisting them with their food pantry project. He is committed to the community in several ways.  He was the former chairman of the National Association of Career and Technical Education, Business Partnership board.  Rick has a passion for supporting the advancement of career & technical education and how it partners with the business community.   He is the past chairman of the Great Oaks School District Business Advisory Board and continues to serve on the Board.  Additionally, Rick and wife Ann are very active with their church.
