Learning Objective: Participants will learn to incorporate mental health practices and resources into their work cultures.

5 Key Questions that we will answer during the session:

  1. How has your work culture changed since the start of the pandemic (March 2020)?
  2. What new or increased stressors are workers experiencing since returning to work?
  3. What policies and practices can HR incorporate to proactively assist employees with mental wellness?
  4. What resources are available to managers to assist in creating a work culture that recognizes and supports mental health?
  5. In what ways can accommodations be made to someone struggling with mental health issues at work?

There will be interactive, live-polling throughout. Questions are encouraged as we go along, though there will be Q&A at the end. Slides and recording will be sent out afterwards.

Jennifer Graft, MBA

Jen is a results driven Director, with over 25 years of leadership experience, guiding executive leaders in laying the foundation work of their HR strategy. Going beyond everyday HR issues, she aligns people strategy with the overall goals and objectives of an organization. This intentional and authentic approach leads to identifying areas where an organization can continue to develop and thrive.

Her vast experience in the HR arena also makes her a sought out subject matter expert. She is knowledgeable in C: Suite issues that impact workplace culture, team dynamics, and internal communications strategy. A dedicated leader, able to provide personalized service, create meaningful and lasting relationships, and achieve profitable results.

Jen has previously served as Vice President of HR for a multibillion-dollar private equity owned company in the oil and gas industry, with 1500 employees in 22 countries. Additionally, Jen was the President, CEO, and member of the Board of Directors of an HR consulting organization for 12 years.

Jen’s undergraduate degree is in Marketing from Bowling Green State University, and her Master’s degree in Business Administration is from Miami University of Ohio. Go Falcons and Redhawks! She is also a member of the Board of Advisors for a local company. Jen currently resides in Lebanon, Ohio with her fiancé, their children, and pets.  She enjoys traveling, bodybuilding, outdoor activities, and is a music and sports enthusiast.
