Tools to help small businesses.

By September 21, 2020 September 22nd, 2020 Personal Insurance

As a small business, RiskSOURCE knows firsthand the value of trusted partners and shared resources.  We constantly scout out new technology and services that can help our small business clients work more efficiently while offering full protection for their company.

With September being National Preparedness Month, we thought this would be a good time to remind you of how we can help you stay prepared.

  1. Take advantage of RiskSOURCE online tools.  Did you know that we have an online portal where you can access your policies, download insurance cards, file claims, pay bills and more?  The portal helps you access everything with just a click.  We also offer business clients RiskSOURCE Connect.  Create an account and you’ll gain access to resources and customizable templates that are especially useful for small businesses.  When you’re juggling multiple job functions, RiskSOURCE Connect gives you an extra hand!
  2. We’re more than your insurance provider, we’re a business partner.  As a trusted advisor, we want to do all we can to help strengthen your team and your business.  Every month we add new resources to our website and send a newsletter to your inbox highlighting what’s new.  Visit our RiskSOURCE Academy page where you’ll find a full catalog of our online Learning Management System.  Choose from a variety of topics, ranging from HR related issues to workplace safety.  See what we have for you.

  3. There’s one more small business tool that we offer that you can’t find anywhere else–your RiskSOURCE team!  We’re here to help you through challenging times and everyday events.   We offer risk assessments to help reduce your premium costs, policy reviews to make sure you’re fully covered, and the RiskSOURCE Renewal Map service to keep your business on the path to success.  We also work with small businesses on contract reviews so that you can feel confident that you’re meeting insurance certificate requirements.

One of the top values at RiskSOURCE is to “do the right thing regardless of profit.”  The right thing is to be there for you and your business in any way we possibly can.  How can we help?
